Similar to what we’ve been doing in the past, we want to highlight some of our favorite dishes at the restaurants we visit. We will not only highlight fine cuisine, but also bring attention and love to dishes of simple, diamonds-in-the-rough restaurants.
In addition, we will be makings lists of some of our favorite spots and dishes for everyone to try. Stay tuned!
Watch/read about your favorite dishes duking it out in this segment we like to call, “Food Battles”
In this category, each post will feature one dish from 2 (or more) different spots. These dishes will battle it out with our taste buds to see which of the two is our favorite. Our favorite would be dubbed the reigning “Champion” until we find it done better.
Know a better burger spot? Disagree with the current ramen champion? We encourage participation from our readers, either by making suggestions or signing up to be one of our “guest judges”. Stay tuned for the first battle!
Read about our cook-offs, where we both “borrow” a recipe from a cookbook, make it our own, and duke it out to see who made the dish better!
